The first episode of Welcome to Eden came out on Netflix on May 6, and people have been hooked on the show ever since.
Joaqun Górriz and Guillermo López made the Spanish thriller. It is about a group of teenagers invited to a private party on an island paradise that is supposed to be the launch party for a new drink brand.
At first, it seems like the trip of a lifetime. But soon, things take a turn when the teens find out that they were all trapped on the remote island as part of a violent game, with dangerous consequences waiting for them.
The first season is good enough to watch all at once, and it ends on some very tense cliffhangers that make fans want more.
But do you have any plans to keep the story going? Here’s what you need to know about the second season of Welcome to Eden.
Who is Coming Back for the Second Season of Welcome to Eden?
If season two gets the go-ahead, we can expect all of the following to come back:
Amaia Aberasturi (Zoa), Amaia Salamanca (Astrid), Belinda Peregrín (África), Begoña Vargas (Bel), Diego Garisa (Ibón), Tomy Aguilera (Charly), Berta Castañé (Gabi), Max Sampietro (Isaac), Lola Rodríguez (actress)(Mayka), Guillermo Pfening (Erick), Sergio Momo (Nico), Irene Dev (Alma), Joan Pedrola (Orson), and Carlos Soroa (Eloy).
Judith (Ana Mena), Aldo (Albert Baró), Ulises (Alex Pastrana), David (Jason Fernández), and Claudia (Berta Vazquez) all died in season one, so it’s unlikely that they will show up in season two unless they show up in a flashback scene or make a surprise comeback from the dead.
This is Eden, after all. Everything is possible.
What Will Happen in the Second Season of Welcome to Eden?
In the tense season one finale, there were more and more rebels, and Zoa and Charly tried to get off the island while the recruits were coming. Of course, just like Zoa and her group, the new teens didn’t know what they were getting into.
Just as Charly got on the boat safely, Zoe was caught by Ulises, who attacked her as punishment for trying to escape. Ulises was about to kill Zoa, but Ibón came to her aid and killed Ulises in the fight.
He was shaken up by the event, which was entirely out of character for him. This raises how Ulises’ death will affect Ibón in the next season and how this character will now be developed.
Africa found a secret room in Astrid and Erick’s house full of technology. When she pressed a button on one of the panels, she accidentally turned on a satellite that sent a signal into space. Africa was stuck in the room when the alarms went off and the doors shut.
The first season was full of shocking reveals and suspense, and it ended with the biggest surprise of all.
Just as Zoa was about to get on the boat that would take her to freedom, she saw her sister Gabi walking toward the island. After seeing her struggle all season to find out what happened to her sister, Gabi is now one of the new people staying on the island.
Will Zoa get on the boat, or will she turn around and go back to save her sister? What does the message mean that was sent into space? Will Africa get caught and have to pay for it? And most importantly, what is the Eden Foundation all about?
We hope that these questions will be answered in the third season.

Welcome to Eden is one of the newest shows to join Netflix’s catalog, according to those following up with the streaming giant’s recent releases. This is a Spanish television series about a group of youngsters who were forced to stay on a remote island after an exclusive party was hosted there.
The series begins with Zoa and a group of other young adults boarding a boat to their destination after being invited to an exclusive party on a hidden island. And the majority of these young adults didn’t know one another and were picked based on their personal histories and social standing.
Things appeared normal on the island since everyone was partying and having a good time. The hosts of the party explained that the objective of the gathering was to advertise their newest beverage, Blue Eden. However, some of the partygoers passed out after drinking the novel drink.
Five of the partygoers awoke on the beach the following day after the rest of the guests had left. They ended up following a drone to a community that embraced them and made them feel at ease in a place they named Eden. The plot thickened at this point, as the characters began to question what this island community was all about and whether they could leave to return home.
Welcome to Eden won’t take long for anyone to finish because it’s so simple to watch; some individuals may have binge-watched it in a day or two. As a result, they’re wondering if there will be a second season, given that the first season’s closing hinted at a possible future for the show. So, when will Welcome to Eden Season 2 be released?
