The Golden State Warriors Stephen Curry lost the remainder of the game to the Boston Celtics on Wednesday in what the team described as left foot ache. No other details were mentioned.

Curry left late in the second quarter and was disqualified shortly after the break. The injury occurred like Carrie and Marcus Smart They were chasing a loose ball. A clever pigeon landed on Carrie’s left foot. Shortly after the final bell sounded in the Celtics’ 110-88 win, it was announced that Curry would Undergo an MRI on his injured foot

Warriors coach Steve Kerr was not pleased with Smart’s aggressiveness in this situation. As you can see in this video, Kerr and Smart have been “talking” and you can draw your own conclusions about what is being discussed.

Kerr obviously wouldn’t be happy with his star player having an opponent lift his leg, but Smart did nothing wrong here. He was chasing a loose ball. We love to criticize NBA players for not playing hard, and that’s all Smart did here. He went to the ground immediately, and in fact, Carrie climbed under him after Smart had already gone into a dive.

We will continue to update this story as more information becomes available about the details of Curry’s injury.
