When it came out last June, the Hulu original series Love, Victor, which was based on the 2018 teen movie Love, Simon, won people over. Love, Victor season 2 do the same thing when it cames back to the platform in June, which is Pride Month.
Love, Victor has a similar plot to its predecessor, but this time it’s about a high school student named Victor Salazar who just moved from Texas to Atlanta, Georgia. He sees the move as a chance to find himself and make his own decisions about who he is.
But, like any story about growing up, his journey isn’t easy. Victor isn’t sure about his sexuality because he is attracted to both Mia Brooks, a popular girl, and Benji Campbell, a boy he has liked since he was a teenager.
Love has never been easy, but when you add in a conservative family and friends who get in the way, like Felix, Lake, and Andrew, things get a little rough. Victor is trying to figure out who he is and what he wants, and Simon is there to help him.
