Jurassic World 3 Release Date

Jurassic World 3 Release Date: The release date for Jurassic World 3: When will Jurassic World Dominion be released in theatres?

Jurassic World: Dominion will be released in theatres on June 10, 2022, one year after its intended June 2021 release date.

As previously stated, writer/director Colin Trevorrow has verified that the threequel is finished and ready for distribution in theatres.

Filming began in February 2020 and Ended in March

So all we can do now is cross our fingers and hope it doesn’t get delayed again!

Filming began in February 2020 and ended in March, but the picture was the first blockbuster to resume production in the United Kingdom in July, and it was completed in November 2020.

The First Trailer for Jurassic World: Dominion

After what seemed like an eternity of waiting, the first trailer for Jurassic World: Dominion was released in February 2022.

It was the first time we saw the Jurassic Park heroes in action since the film’s release.

There are also hints of the massive action to come on this new planet where humans and dinosaurs coexist.

Colin Trevorrow returns as writer/director for the third picture, and we’ve seen some teasers of Bryce Dallas Howard’s Claire in trouble in addition to the trailer.

Owen is pursued by a dangerous new raptor, while DeWanda Wise makes her acting debut as Kayla Watts, a pilot.

On February 10, 2022, the long-awaited first trailer for Jurassic World: Dominion was released.

The Third Installment of the Jurassic World Franchise?

If you missed it the first time, here it is again:

You can still view a five-minute prologue video that was published as a teaser in November 2021 (after an earlier theatre run with Fast & Furious 9) if you want even more Jurassic bliss.

It won’t be in the film, but it does establish the tone for what the new world order will entail.

Who’s Back in Jurassic World Dominion?

Owen Grady and Claire Dearing will be reprised by Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.

The Third Installment of the Jurassic World Franchise?

When we meet with Owen in the third film, Trevorrow has revealed that Owen is still trying to aid the dinosaurs after they fled into the real world at the end of Fallen Kingdom.

“Poaching of parasaurs is a serious threat. He’s fighting to safeguard dinosaurs because there are a lot of dodgy characters out there who want to get their hands on them “He elaborated.

Trevorrow is keeping mum regarding Claire’s whereabouts at the start of Dominion, but she did say that she’s “questioning her techniques and whether she can stay safe.”

Big Names Returning

Of course, Pratt and Howard aren’t the only big names returning for the third installment, and we’ll get to those in a minute.

The Third Installment of the Jurassic World Franchise?

First and foremost, Isabella Sermon reprises her role as Maisie Lockwood, the genetically engineered daughter of John Hammond’s erstwhile colleague Sir Benjamin Lockwood.

Justice Smith and Daniella Pineda will reprise their roles as Franklin Webb and Zia Rodriguez, respectively, alongside Lupin’s Omar Sy as velociraptor trainer Barry Sembene.

After missing out on the sequel, we expected Jake Johnson to return as Lowery, but that is no longer the case.
In August 2021, the actor said that scheduling conflicts stopped him from resuming the role.

Dr. Henry Wu

Played by BD Wong, is a morally problematic geneticist who will hopefully get his comeuppance.

He won’t be the only Jurassic Park star to return for the trilogy’s conclusion, though.

Though Jeff Goldblum reprised his role as Dr. Ian Malcolm in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, his screen time was restricted.

Fans of the original film need not fear: Goldblum, Sam Neill, and Laura Dern will all return.

Trevorrow has also stated that the original trio will have “as much screen time in the film as Bryce and Chris do,” and that they will have “as much screen time in the film as Bryce and Chris do.”

“They aren’t together the entire time, but we are equally interested in each of their experiences.”

Pratt had previously hinted that everyone would be back, but there’s still no word on Ariana Richards’ comeback (Jurassic Park).

Téa Leoni (Jurassic Park III), Vince Vaughn, Julianne Moore (Lost World), William H Macy, or Lauren Lapkus (Jurassic World).

In terms of the film’s villain, a returning classic figure may be playing the part.

Campbell Scott takes over as Lewis Dodgson, the shady character who provided Dennis Nedry (Wayne Knight) with that false can of shaving cream to keep dinosaur embryos.

Unsolved Story Point in the Previous Film

We’re delighted Dodgson will be returning because he was an unsolved story point in the previous film.

Let’s hope he returns with his black-market super-spy pranks, perhaps with an empty Kinder Surprise packet to bury a dinosaur egg in.

Andy Buckley, who played Claire’s brother-in-law Scott Mitchell in Jurassic World, is one individual who has ruled out a comeback.

That also means Judy Greer’s return as Claire’s sister Karen is doubtful.

DeWanda Wise and Mamoudou Athie of Archive 81 are newcomers to the franchise in the third film, but it’s unclear who the latter will play.

We got our first glimpse at Wise in the film, and she appears to be on Owen’s side, as Trevorrow dubbed the photo of the two “heroes,” while Pratt promised that she “makes an entrance you will never forget.”

What Does Will happen in Jurassic World Dominion?

The Third Installment of the Jurassic World Franchise?

Following the thrilling cliffhanger of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, dinosaurs were released into the real world.

A short film from 2019 The Battle of Big Rock hinted at the new world order that will be revealed in the third film.

The third picture, Dominion, will pick up three years after this short film, according to Trevorrow.

He explained, “Everything in my thinking has always been pretty much present-day.”

“So Big Rock took place a year or so after the release of the Fallen Kingdom in 2019.

The T-Rex had just returned from the Sierra Nevada wilderness, where they had all taken refuge… She’s just been there for a short period, and they’ve been attempting to apprehend her for quite some time.”
