Jeremy Ruehlemann, a model, passed away at the young age of 27. The revelation was first reported by fashion designer Christian Siriano on Instagram on January 23, 2023, in the form of a homage to the late model.
Others in the design community, including partners and competitors, have since posted their own tributes to the New Jersey native.

Christian Siriano penned a touching letter of respect to his friend in an online post. “It’s rare for me to write something so personal online, but losing a friend with such a radiant spirit has hit me very hard.
This is dedicated to Jeremy, the most amazing human being who always found a way to show kindness and compassion to all around him.
He was and always will be a source of inspiration for me. My love and admiration for him will last a lifetime “start of the post
By the conclusion of it all, Christian said “Sending my deepest condolences to his loved ones on the loss of such a remarkable man. Even though I’m sure we’ll cross paths again, all I want to do is give him a big bear hug right now. J, you are very loved and will be missed. Please tell his loved ones how much you care today.”
Jeremy’s cause of death has yet to be revealed to the public.

Jeremy was signed with Soul Artist Management, Next Models in London and Miami, The Mgmt in Sydney, IMM in Brussels, and Core in Hamburg, as reported by Footwear News.
In an Instagram post, Jason Kanner of Soul Artist Management said, “It is with tremendous regret and a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jeremy Ruehlemann has gone away.”
Finally, Jason included, “When we talked to Jeremy, we got the real deal. Earth’s finest. Something about him made you want to support him.
His euphoria when he lands a big client and his persistence in the face of setbacks. He paid close attention to what you said. He was, and always will be, absolutely unique.”
The last thing Jeremy uploaded to Instagram was a look at the making of a photo shoot for the Tommy Hilfiger label. In response, Tommy’s younger brother Andy commented, “So sorry,” followed by the praying hand emoji.
