Honeywell True Allergen Remover HPA300 Air Purifier Review!
No bull, no fuss, just straight air purification.
The purifier employs a two-stage mechanical filtering method, drawing air through activated carbon pre-filters before passing it through a HEPA filter.
It’s powerful enough to handle rooms up to 465 square feet, and it has an auto option (auto-off) that’s useful if you want to use this unit passively as a multi-room appliance.
Honeywell states that this device can handle 280 cubic feet of air per minute in a 465 square foot room, or that it “circulates room air up to 5 times an hour based on AHAM smoke CADR [of 300] in [a 465 square foot room].”
The front panel is removable, allowing for simple filter replacements, and a self-monitoring function tells the user when it’s time to change the filters.
The unit is also extremely light (just 21 lbs), which is really pleasant given that many purifiers at this level are substantially bulkier.
The slim design saves space in your area, and while it works best in tiny spaces, it still functions well with several speed levels.
This purifier will spread clean, fresh air into any sized space and help minimize asthma symptoms from low to high settings.
Although it reduces the number of contaminants in the air, keep in mind that it is not intended to be a medical gadget. If you’re looking for a low-cost option, check out our list of the best air purifiers under $100.

Honeywell HPA300 review: Verdict
If you’re searching for a strong, high-performance air purifier, the Honeywell HPA300 is ideal. It effectively cleans the air, which is the most crucial function of an air purifier, and both it and its filters are reasonably priced.
However, its plastic shell exterior will not win any beauty contests, and it will be expensive to run if you do not keep an eye on it.
It may lack some of the bells and whistles found in larger Blueair purifiers, but that should not detract from its appeal. If you have a large room that requires a purifier, this model is ideal for you.
