Daniel A. Dombrowski, a famous American philosopher, was born in 1953. He has been active in the field since the 1960s. At the moment, you can find him working as a professor at Seattle University. Dombrowski is the author of a variety of books and articles that examine topics associated with vegetarianism and the welfare of animals. One of these works is named “The Philosophy of Vegetarianism” and was initially released in 1984.
It covers the history of vegetarianism from the time of Pythagoras and throughout the Hellenistic period all the way up to the contemporary debates on vegetarianism and chronicles the arguments for vegetarianism throughout that entire time period.
